Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Moon Maiden Meditation, we strive to provide the best possible services and products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Products:

All of our products, including meditation tools and digital fillable lunar aligned journals, are not eligible for refunds.
b. Services:

Manifestation Coaching Services: Customers are eligible for a refund if they cancel within the first 2 weeks of the program. The package typically costs $3000, and if canceled within the first 2 weeks, a refund of (original amount – $500) will be issued.

Meditation Group Coaching: This service is not eligible for refunds.

Parenting Coaching Service: This service is not yet available, and therefore, no refund policy applies at this time.

3. Timeframe for Refunds

Refund requests for eligible services must be made within the specified timeframe:

Manifestation Coaching Services: Within the first 2 weeks of the program start date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
​
We do not have a cancellation policy for our services; however, clients are allowed to reschedule their sessions. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

5. Return Process for Products
​
There is no return process for our products, as they are not eligible for refunds.

6. Processing Time
​
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 2 weeks of approval. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

7. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
