Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: - Booking Availability: You can book appointments and classes up to 2 weeks in advance. All bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the start time. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your booking through your online account up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this period, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. - No Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or classes. We appreciate timely notifications if you’re unable to attend. - Waitlist: For fully booked classes, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, it will be held for you for 6 hours before being released to the next person on the waitlist. - Courses: Course bookings close once the course has started and cannot be booked after the start date. - Participants: Only 1 participant per booking is allowed.
